Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Peak Season Processing (Holidays/New Year):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during busy times of the year.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders, regardless of the destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Due to global fulfillment, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Please keep in mind:

  • It may take 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

  • If tracking doesn’t update immediately, rest assured that your package is still in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the customer's responsibility.

  • Inverse, Inc. is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

Customs fees are uncommon for most household items but can vary based on your country’s regulations.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at
service@motille.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once the order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please send us a photo within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a free replacement.

Lost in Transit
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
