Return & Refund Policy

At Inverse, Inc., we want you to shop with peace of mind. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at service@motille.com.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and offer a resolution.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

To get the item you want, the fastest option is to:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn, with all tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right is in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Note: Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by Inverse, Inc. is required before sending any items back.
